It was very close to the city centre. There were many interesting places located within 5 km. The only issue was our room which was located on the 1st floor. We have to use the stairs to bring our luggage. There was no lift.

在Rotorua比較中心的位置 裡rotorua湖邊很近，走個10幾分鐘就到了，還可以自己買食材做飯。離taupo也不遠，可以順便去看下huka瀑布。住的6人間，總體來説大部分人的素質還是可以的，不怎麼會影響到別人

一般 下次不定了 第一次覺得良好 第二次 還有男生很大力竅門 感覺喝了酒 感受到了害怕 單獨一個在裡面 外面一大群男的在嬉鬧 敲門 當時的心裡很害怕，後面10點多進來了一位女性舍友 人很好 讓我的心瞬間安心的住了下來

The bunk beds don't provide any towels, but the double room does. I live in a bunk bed room with two people. My roommate seems to be a long-term resident or an employee. He never closes the door every time he enters and exits the room. The room is smelly. As a girl, I don't feel safe or comfortable.

I never thought a room would be designed right next to the kitchen/common area. Even though there is a reminder about quiet hours from 22:00–07:00, who really follows that? If you don’t mind sleeping with earplugs, then this room might be fine for you. We booked a twin room. The space was large enough, but the location was very inconvenient. It was at the far end of the property, requiring me to go downstairs and then upstairs again. What frustrated me was that when I arrived (around 21:30 for late check-in), I saw at least three identical rooms available near the entrance, but I was still assigned the farthest one. Cleanliness was also very poor. I found toilet paper in my toilet upon arrival, and the chair in the room was covered with dust. All in all, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Good affordable short stay when exploring Rotorua, toilets were clean and kitchen was well equipped. Slightly less privacy since neighbouring rooms could look into the room too.

This is the accommodation that I’ll recommend to those who are looking for a nice place to stay when visiting Rotorua. The kitchen is well-equipped & spacious. The rooms are clean & flawless.
